We have been ttc and I am 18-19 days past ovulation w/ no af. Pg test was neg this morning as in not even a faint line. 11 days past ovulation I had a sharp pain on my right pelvic side and am starting to wonder if I have/had a cyst. I've never had one that I know of and my cyles have been like clock work for 4 yrs. I'm making a dr. appt this week, but was wondering if anyone has experience w/ this.

Hi, and welcome! Yes, I have gone through the same thing. I have had luteal phases of between 16-18 days about three times in the past year. The cycle where it reached 18 days, AF came in the afternoon of the 18th day. I mentioned it to my OB/GYN and he didnt really seem to think too much of it. I would definitely check in with your Dr just to make sure its not a cyst, because I know cysts can cause a longer than usual luteal phase. Good luck!

I agree about talking to your doctor. Temping can be helpful in situations like this as far as pg or not. It's normal to have anovulatory cycles every once in awhile.
