Thought I would share with you all.

Well, today is CD9. I woke up, took my temp and actually charted it (which I hadn't done in a few days since I had a fever). 97.70
I casually got up went to the bathroom and turned on my FM. It was asking for a stick so I obliged. Waited the 10 minutes and took out the stick. What did the FM say??? PEAK!!! WTF??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I AM CD9 for goodness sakes!!!

So I called Mike to come in the room, showed him and he said "you got an egg?". I said yep and it's early. I normally O around CD18-19 and this is CD9. I had Mike take Evan to daycare so I could go to the clinic. Talked to the nurse and had an u/s and there were 5 follies on the right and 2 on the left. There were ones on the right between 18-21. OMG!!! So Mike agreed that we can do the IUI and we are doing it tomorrow morning at 830am.

The bad part is Mike and I have been "planning" on DTD since last week But then Evan got sick and then we got sick so we haven't DTD since we were TTC last cycle. Yeah I know BAD!!! It was like October 7th.

Should we DTD tonight and then IUI tomorrow morning or should we bag it all and just go with IUI and wing it???

Oh and I did the femara/clomid combo. Guess it works!!!

I have been MIA b/c Evan got sick and then both Mike and I got it and were sick all weekend. It was miserable...

Geez, Louise!

I would definately say that's the right combo for you! Does your DH have MF issues? (I can't remember...

). If not, I would think that BD'ing today wouldn't hurt your IUI but you might want to call the RE and just ask to be sure.

OH, and the cycle I did get pg on from IUI...I had the IUI done on cd10! So, I think there definately is a

in your future!

What a pickle! I hate timing BDing.

Do you have any S/A history for DH? I would think if not, DTD tonight.

I of course would also call my RE.

RE says no dtd just wait for the IUI. He doesn't have issues. We got prego on our own once and IUI once and his numbers have been fine the whole time. But I am afraid to do it.

I think it doesn't matter now anyway b/c DH can't come home and meet me so doing it tonight would be too late.

How often does sperm regenerate itself???

The internet research I have found says it takes about 2-3 days for the little guys to reach the max numbers with out starting to clump together and abnormal sperm start to develop. (2 heads one tail) Hmm would one head two tails be a bad thing???? Make it swim faster!! LOL
