Hi gals,

A friend came to me b/c I had 3 miscarriages and wanted my opinion. I think she may be having one as well and wondered what you guys thought. Here is the info I have...

Last week she was 5weeks, 3 days and they saw no gestational sac. Her Hcg was 4100. One week later still no definitive sac but they did see "something" Her Hcg was 9669. Also, on saturday she started to bleed red bled that only lasted one day and then a little brown for a day or 2. I don't think things look good, but wondered what you thought. I would think that they would see a sac, yolk, etc atleast. She is also sure of date of ovulation b/c she ran tests with a digital kit.(so I believe that her 1st scan she was about 20 dpo)

Anyways, any thoughts?

I would think her gestational sac would be pretty visible by over 5 wks, but she may not have known her O date.

Anything is possible!

I'm sorry I don't have more of a definitive answer!
