Default femara question

Hi ladies. I know I havent posted much here, but I often lurk. Anyway, I'm starting femara 5mg cd 5-9 tomorrow. This will be my 1st medicated cycle. Does anyone have any experience with this drug, and is it strange to start on 5mg rather than 2.5mg? Thanks.

Did clomid in the past....not much action. So I asked for femara. Did 5mg CD1-5 which was really 2-6 and I have some serious action on my follies. Well not serious action but more than on clomid. I would only have 1 and now on femara I had 4 good ones and a lot of other smaller ones.
GO FOR IT!!! Its good stuff

GOOD LUCK!!!

Renae

I don't have any experience with Femara, but I know it has less side effects than clomid and wanted to wish you keep us posted.

Thanks ladies for the encouragement. So far not much in the way of symptoms. I've had a very little bit of cramping and not much else. I sure hope femara works for me. If not, I may be looking at a job change before ttc because my job causes me way too much stress-I'm really starting to HATE it!!! Good luck to all of you. I hope you get your bfp's soon.
