Default ER update (x-post)

And what is the purpose of my left ovary? He was only able to get 3 from that side, which is 3 better than cycle #2.

Our total was 15 today. I'll get a report tomorrow. I'm not sure if we'll do a 2-day or 3-day. I've never done a 2-day and I don't care for that idea simply because I know what my eggs have done in the past and on day 3 we'll have a better idea. Everything will depend on fertilization rates and progress. I was really hoping to have similar numbers as last time and compare quality since last cycle seemed to be an improvement.

Dealing with ovulation after ER is unpleasant. It's much easier when they get retrieved. BTDT and I had hoped to avoid that. I anticipate having 4-6 to transfer.

Nancy,
15 IS a great number. Remember you really just need 1 to stick!! Although more would be nice too..

Any updates on the embabies/fertilization?

Good luck to you sweetie!!!

Nancy -

I hope you are feeling well after ER ... that pesky left ovary just can't get with the program; however, 15 is a GREAT number to work with. I sincerely hope and pray for a successful outcome this time around for you sweetie. Keep this updates coming and I will be saying extra prayers for a good fert report and growth on those little embabies.
