I notice in your siggy from another thred that you had a Laparoscopy. I am scheduled to have that and a few other things done in May.

Were you in much discomfort afterwards?
Also how long was it after until you fell pregnant?

I know it is different for everyone however I guess it is great to hear about positive outcomes ie: BFP.

Hi Katie,

I had my Lap back in December and the only discomfort I had was pain when I urinate, it killed me but of course eventually it finally went away.

I had some endometriosis and polyps around my uterus that was removed and by surprise I got a the month after it in January on a natural cycle with no meds at all. My Lap was scheduled around the time I would O so my RE wanted me to take BCP so I wouldn't O during the procudure, she didn't want to see an egg in there when she performed the Lap it could cause complications. It was so weird taking BCP it took forever for to come back.

Thanks so much for the email. I am really excited about getting this done, so it seems after telling me I had unexplained infertility they have finally found the cause of the problem (I bloody hope so!).


How is your pregnancy going? My friend is due around the same time as you and she is loving the big boobs hehehehe
