Ok...Dh and I just got back from the hospital. We spoke with Owen's Neonatalogist. She doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with Owen. In her words, he is NORMAL...just a little under weight but should catch up.
After much testing and a horrible week last week:
Since my placenta turned septic, he is what they call an IUR baby, meaning Intrauterine Restriction which caused him to not gain any weight after my placenta turned toxic (I went the OB today and got my sutures removed. I talked to her in detail about what happened to me last week. Basically, both me and Owen are lucky to be alive. I was full of infection and had it waited another day, we both would have been dead. They have no idea what caused the infection and when the infection started but they still believe the Bell's Palsy has something to do with it...both the OB and my hospital and Children's hospital can't figure it out, even after cultures. I felt fine and pretty normal other than being tired and didn't exhibit signs of infection at all).
So, they are not doing any other testing. They have tested as much as they can in detail and she said whatever Owen and I had, we have both beat it.
Now, they just want Owen to gain weight. He was up to 5lbs 1oz a couple days ago but with some other testing they did in the past day, it stressed him out so he won't eat as well as he was. They still may have to do the feeding tube in his nose but it's for his own good, to gain weight and get bigger.
I am hopeful we'll see a coming home party soon. They won't give us a targe date so we're just hoping and

he eats and gets bigger.
I've got more pics that I'll post soon. He looks a lot better that last week!
