1st RE appt on Monday 3/19 Need Advice!

Hello, I am new to this board just turned 30 on 3/9 and have been ttc for 10yrs of which the last 5yrs was infertility treatment. I have PCOS and endo. 1 eptopic, 1m/c (I didn't even know I was pg) and just had my 2nd m/c at 8wks pg due to no h/b. I had another D&C 3wks ago to remove it and have my first consult with the RE tomorrow. It totally snuck up on me and I find myself going in blind not nowing what to expect or ask. The highrisk dr say that my only choice at this point is IVF so I am nervous for the RE appt.
Can any of you give me advice, suggestions, or questions to ask at the appt? I know it is late but I will check here until I leave at 9am cst with ears wide open.

Nicole,

I hope that you have a good appt. Try not to be scare, ask what are you different opptions and, maybe with PCOS and endo they might suggest IVF. I don't have none of those as far as I know but I do have very low progesterone and my DH has low motility and in our RE consult they suggested to go straight to IVF since it will save us time and money in the long run.

I'm sorry for your losses!

I'm a bit short on time this morning so I'll be brief. Ask for immune testing and all b/w associated with repeated losses. Are you treated for PCOS? I was on Actos and Glucophage. Treatment can reduce m/c rates among women with PCOS. I took it for regular cycles though.

I don't have experience with endo. When was your last lap? Have you had a hysteroscopy? Have you considered acupuncture? (I did it on my successful cycle and got a name from my RE... a lot of people have good things to say about AC and I was a skeptic.)

Those are a few things that stand out for me without really knowing your history.
