Default Ultrasound results...

I just got back from the doctor and I got my ultrasound results back and everything looks great. They cyst that they thought they might have seen was actually just a blood clot that passed last time AF was in town.

But the uterus looks clear, and both ovaries have several follicals in them, but tubes are clear. So they only question is why haven't we gotten pregnant yet?? I'm due to test and AF hasn't shown up yet, but I was get too ahead of myself and I will test and AF shows up!! grrr...I rather wait a couple more says!

The doctor says that it could just be timing, but I've tried Ovulation kits, and nothing. He did suggest charts but I find charting sooo confusing and overwhelming! But I think charting is our next best option!

Has anyone else had no medical problems, but still just couldn't get pregnant? We've been trying for about 13 months with no success.

Any advise would be great!!
