Icon4 Hi girls.. first post... need help! Its a long one!

Hi girls. Sorry my first post has to be so long. This is actually a letter I sent to an OBGYN, and wanted some opinions of other women. A friend referred me to this board, so here goes!

I am having some problems with sudden cycle change and abnormal bleeding. I am 21, 5'9, and 280lbs. I was 266 when I conceived my daughter.
I have been fairly regular all my life. I had a baby girl in January of this year by csection. I had to have a D&C directly after the csection because I hemmorhaged. We conceived her our 2nd month of trying/charting. My post partum cycles(which began in February) have been fairly normal, until July. My menses was very light with no cramping, and lasted 12 days long. At the end of the cycle when I expected my menses, I again only started bleeding lightly off and on. I went and had a pap smear on August 30th, which was normal. I was given a 10 day cycle of Provera which I started that day. I was told to get my thyroid checked. I did, it came back normal at 1.5 . After I finished the Provera, my menses started 4 days later. It was a normal flow, heavy, with cramping. We then began TTC this cycle, and I got positive ovulation test on September 25th and 26th. September 27th I started lightly spotting pink, and it got heavier and darker red. Never enough for a tampon or pad, but still present everytime I wiped. It slowed down and completely stopped last night(the 29th), and I was thrilled, hoping we still had a chance this cycle. Then this morning, I got ANOTHER positive OPK, being supposedly 6dpo. I also started to spot and again it has gone from light pink to a darker red. I am not cramping, just have some intermittent back pain. I am very concerned and cannot talk to a Dr until Monday morning. I would greatly appreciate a response!

The link didn't work but here it goes...
Have you tested with a HPT. It could be implantation spotting you are expereiencing. Or it could be your cy regulating from getting off Provera.

Since Rachel said the link didn't work, I didn't try, but I agree with Rachel, test with a HPT and if it's negative it could be regulating after the provera.

I don't know what thyroids are supposed to be, is 1.5 normal?? If so, get tested for PCOS. I have PCOS and it wreaks havoc on your cy, sometims you have them, and then sometimes not.

Good luck
