HELLO EVERYONE!! IM NEW TO THE SITE AND JUST WANTED TO INTRODUCE MYSELF. IM 20 YEARS OLD FROM PA. I DEFINITLY NEED YOUR ADVICE! HERE IT GOES...

IM ON THE BIRTH CONTROL PILL ORTHO TRICYCLEN LO.. I JUST GOT OVER MY AF ON JUNE 16TH, AND IT STARTED ON THE 11TH WHICH IS NORMAL 5 DAYS. ANYWAY, I GOT SICK WITH A COLD (COUGHING, ETC.) DURING THAT WEEK.. AFTER MY AF WAS OVER, MY BF( NOT KNOWING) GAVE ME ROBITUSSIN <SP?> WHICH I HEAR THINS UR CERVIX AND MAKES IT WAYY EASY TO CONCIEVE. I DID NOT TAKE MY PILL THAT NIGHT EITHER, MY FIANCE AND I HAD SEX SATURDAY NIGHT AFTER THE MEDICINE AND SUNDAY MORNING..

A WEEK AND A HALF LATER ON THE 25TH OF JUNE, I BEGAN BLEEDING.. STARTING OUT BROWN THEN LIGHT RED TO PINKISH THEN TO FULL OUT BLEEDING.. NOW, SLOWING DOWN TO A PINKISH TO BROWN COLORS.

AND ON THE 28TH OF JUNE AT 3AM, I BROKE OUT IN HIVES ALL OVER. WHICH NOW, ARE OF COURSE GONE.

I WOULD BE A WEEK PREGNANT. SINCE I WOULD HAVE JUST IMPLANTED MY EGG INTO THE UTERINE WALL. TODAY, I WAS VERY NAUSEAS AND VERYY DIZZY. I ALSO HAVE BEENTAKING NON DROWSY ALERGY MEDICINE AS WELL. SO ALONG WITH BEING NAUSEAS<SP?> AND DIZZY, I STARTED HAVING MILD CRAMPS IN MY LOWER ABDOMEN, WHICH LASTED MAYBE 10 MINUTES..SO LADIES, CAN YOU PLEaSE HELP ME OUT!!!! AM I PREGNANT OR AM I NOT PREGNANT!!!

I really wish I could help you but I seem to be in the same boat as you. I was taking the same brand of birth control and stopped taking it cuz I got my wisdom teeth pulled and the medicine they gave me conteracted the birthcontrol. I started my period on the 13 of June. It was normal, but then I started what seemed like my period on the 25th but it was very abnormal. It was very light and and almost all the blood was dark as in a brownish color. It only lasted for almost two days and then stopped. I've been craving foods and feeling pretty tired. I just dont feel normal. I'm wondering if I am or am I just causing myself to have the symptoms cuz I'd def like to be pregnant. Sorry I couldnt help. Maybe someone else can help both of us.

Well, from my own experience w/ my 1st time ttc (after being on bcps for 4 yrs) I had a normal period the 1st month and then I had lots of "sorta periods" (not as long/heavy), spotting- sometimes brown, just way wacky cys. And to top it off we were ttc and I swear that every month I had pg sxs- nausea and fatigue more than anything else! It took my body 6 months to stop all that craziness and another 2 cys after that (w/ normal cys) to get pg.

That's just my personal experience...but it sounds an awful lot like what the 2 of you are describing. Hopefully you guys get some answers soon though because I know that this "Stuck in the middle" spot is a hard one to be in! Good luck!!!
