Yesterday I had some pink spotting and today it's enough to need a liner. It's not bright red like What could this be from? isn't suppose to show for another week.

hmmm........... you are on the birth control patch right? So it couldn't be like say implantation spotting??? Other than that, I have no idea, sometimes our bodies are just REALLY strange......... sorry I'm not much help.

Have you been using your bc properly (dont know much about the patch, we dont have it here)?

It could be- Implantation bleeding if your bc hasnt worked properly, or Breaktrhough bleeding, which is when the prog in the bc isnt high enough and your body 'overrides' it. The only real way to tell the difference is wait it out. If Af arrives as expected, then it was probably breakthrough, if she doesnt, you should test.

Ok Well maybe I messed up. I hadn't even thought about the possibility.

Well this is my 2nd cy back using BC after that cyst. I had stopped using it for about 2 weeks during that cy. Then on May 1 I was on patch 2... that week I noticed that I was out of patches (I had lost the 3rd patch...oops!) I called my insurance and they said that I would have to get another prescription from my doctor so that I could get that last patch. That was just too much run around... so I decided to wear patch 2 for another week. From looking at my chart we didn't during that week. And then the next week was my week off. So I may have messed up and totally forgot that I had worn that patch 2 for 2 weeks. And to be "protected" you're suppose to wear it for 1 month. For some reason I just never thought about all of this. And we did this month.
