I don't know if I'd put too much weight in either of these articles (or this particular website in general). Their health claims are a little outlandish and don't offer many supporting statistics and contradict themselves across multiple articles. Quite a bit of fear-mongering going on there over various subtances. The general advice is sound, it's just that their reasoning is a little crazy with some of the advice.
