Omg!! Im flipping out.. ok ok ok.. so i went and broke the rule of testing too early but i did.. about 4 or 5 days early.. but I got a BFP!! only thing is the Line is REALLY faint... (its the one that makes a + sign if your preggo and a - if your not) well he - is pretty noticable but the + is fainter than that.. i need some help girls.. cause im so excited but im not sure if i want to get completely thrilled! is this maybe cause i tested so early??? Lyn.

Yeah. The earlier you test, the lighter the positive will be. If you're still 4 or 5 days away from AF, you're lucky to get a positive at all, but it will be pretty faint.

Test again with a different brand to be sure, but it's more than likely a positive test.

I always tested on 8 or 9dpo (4-5 days before my AF was due) as well and I always got very faint positives too, with all of my pregnancies. They progressively got darker.

I haven't really heard anything good about those +/- sign tests.

I would take a digi (those aren't as sensitive so you might not get a

from one of those yet) that way there is no analyzing.

Or you could try a first response early result. They are very sensitive and easier to read than the +/- ones.

so was it a BFP i tested way early with DD i was 10 dpo and i got a bfp it too was faint i felt like i was pregnant but i took 3 more two two days later they were alot darker and then i was planning on wating tell christmas eve to tell dh but couldnt wate any longer so i took a digital and woke him up and gave it to him lol.congrads
