Thought I'd post this to see what people are doing for the holidays. I celebrate Christmas. Al and I split time between both of our famillies, breakfast and opening presents at my grandparents and then we have dinner at his parents.

well we dont really know yet what we are doing it depends on if we have the money to drive eiher home to Mo to be with my parents and sises and their kidos or if we dont have enough time drive up and stay a da or two with my grandma and uncle in NC we are all kinda spread out this year so it will be a wate and see kinda deal this year. I wish we were only and hour away from everyone. i dont even know if we are gonna decorate we havent even gotten a tree yet we usually put one up the day after thanksgiving but our fake tree is at my parents house still since we moved around so mutch the lst yea or so and we just havent gotten a real one yet and i dont know if we will lol usually im totally into christmas its my favorite time but i seem to be having a hard time getting into it i guess cues i figured id have had a baby bye now.

In a perfect world we'd be splitting Christmas and the end of December between California and Germany to visit family. The only family we have out here is DH's mother and step-father, neither of whom we get along with. But out in California is where my mom and my siblings (including my twin brother and his little girls who I would love to see) as well as the rest of DH's family and out in Germany is the rest of our families, cousins, grandparents and everyone else. But we're staying put. Just a quiet Christmas us with the twins.

We usually open presents Christmas Eve morning here at home then about afternoon we go to grandma's house and open presents there along with eating a dinner. Also, great aunt and uncle come over and drop presents off to the kids. The following weekend we go to grandpa's house and open presents there and eat a dinner. Also, relatives stop by there to drop off presents to the kids.
