Weigh-in in 4 days girls! This is your reminder. Please put down that 4kg bar of lovely chocolate left over from easter that you're munching at your desks (I see everything ) and get some exercise!

How is everyone doing this week on the diet and exercise front? Anyone cheated a little? Anyone cheated a lot?

Crystal is getting out her and now we can't cheat any more

As far as cheating I really haven't been too bad. Lately I have just been eating whatever. Lately I just don't really have a regular appitite. I'm a bit stressed and that's probably why. I am still going to the gym, even though it's only 2 days/week for about 30-45 mins each time.

I must confess, I havent been too good, but so far I havnt gained any weight, so i'll endeavour to be really good the next few days, and then maybe I'll see a loss. I've been stuck at 188 lbs for 6 weeks now.

Crystal~ Are you drinking water? I found that the more water I drink the less I eat and the lower the number on the scale is.
