I am up to 195.5........... boo........... not happy about that at all!!!!!!! I am definetely going to have to try harder.

I am finally down about 4 pounds after some excessive outdoor work this weekend. Now can the other 15 join it with a little less effort pleez.

Well I consider being the same as good. I did gain about 5 lbs and was up to 140... then about 2 weeks ago I came back down to 135 and I'm still there. No real signs of any more pounds coming off though. Not really trying either. I haven't been working out since the second week of May. and I just eat whatever I want. Just lately with all the HOT weather and way too high humidity I just don't really feel like eating... just crunching on ice. I think I need some iron. hmmm...

Tonight is the first time I worked out in a looooong time. I went for a walk in the park (about two miles), then came home and did a few laps in the pool. I feel pretty good. I need to exercise desperately. I haven't weighed myself, but in the past two days I have eaten copious amounts of food. I gotta do better.

Ok girls, does this prove we need to get going again?

Aims for this week (add yours)
1. keep to under 2000 cals a day, no matter what.
2. Lose 2 lbs by monday
3. update my slider to the true weight I am

1. Cut down on candy and soda consumption.
2. I'll be doing the happy dance if I loose 5 lbs by July 4.
3. Re-add ticker to my siggy (if I have enough characters space left )

I stopped taking the supplements around the end of May because of the fact we started TTC in June. Just doing the dieting au naturale.
