Well I consider being the same as good.

I did gain about 5 lbs and was up to 140... then about 2 weeks ago I came back down to 135 and I'm still there. No real signs of any more pounds coming off though.

Not really trying either. I haven't been working out since the second week of May.

and I just eat whatever I want. Just lately with all the HOT weather and way too high humidity I just don't really feel like eating... just crunching on ice. I think I need some iron.
