OK, I love your sister. My mom is from Scotland, bagpipes are a big thing in my family I wish I could play them, really I do.

I wanted to be a Drama major as a kid, but I'm horrible. So I stuck to offstage things. I did a lot of lighting and stage managing in high school, and had so much fun with that.

I was in a few high school productions both on and off stage and then I was in choir...but then I got all moody and teenager-cranky and just stopped.

I blame hormones, they change everything.

Hormones do change everything. I think another part of it was that I was home schooled for most of high school after my daughter was born, and it took a while for me to be comfortable with my role as a teen mom to put myself out there much. Besides, I had my hands full, especially adding swimming on top of that.

Wish I could swim...I lack confidence. I think it is due to a mean swim teacher I had when I was younger. I go to the rivers here, and sometimes to my friends houses to swim, I can stay afloat but If I had to do some real strokes i would fail...horribly.

One mean person in an experience can ruin it for you, for sure. Which is what I love about coaching, I like to make in impact in their swimming experience, and I hope it's a positive one! I love to see my girls in the pool, especially!

I bet you are a great teacher...your pic makes me think of a really nice girl I met at college...so I would assume you are really nice and cool.

I totally just sounded like a suck up. :

Brown noser, you,

I like to think I'm nice. I'm a generally happy, cheerful person and I hope it rubs off on people. It's not always easy though, lol. I wish everyone in the world could just be happy all the time.

I do too, mean people make it a very dismal day. I am very hyper and happy, and I talk to almost anyone...I am very open.

When I had the miscarriage the nurses thought I was oddly calm, but there were other women on the same floor having healthy babies and I figured if I was the only one not having a healthy baby then thats pretty good odds for next time.

I didn't see a reason to drive myself mental over something that was already done, there was nothing else I could do.

That must sound odd, I was having trouble finding the words to not sound like a wacko.

I promise you don't sound like a wacko

I've had a hard time over the years, and it's hampered my hapiness a bit here and there. I'm not your average mom, I'm 20 with three kids and planned #4, so let's just say that I have taken heat about it int he past and even now. It used to bother me a lot more than it does now, I've definitely hit a place in my life where I'm really comfortable with my family and myself, you know?

I just used to care more about how other people thought of me, and now I just now that I'm the best mother I can be and screw anyone else who tells me otherwise.

I can't say how I would react to a m/c, but I would hope I could look on the bright side. You can't get many worse losses than that of a child/pregnancy, but there are still babies to celebrate every day, and it doesn't mean that you'll never get that chance to hold your own child in your arms.

It is really hard for me to play the victim when I was only 21 when I m/c I still have a while to have a baby, sure I want one now, but there are women who are TTC with a small window of fertility left, I am lucky compared to them. I love my son, he is always going to be in my heart, and I got a lot of closure by actually delivering him and holding him, that makes me lucky too. I have people than envy me for being able to hold my child because they didn't get the chance. I just know eventually I will have a beautiful baby to take home and spoil the hell out of!

Here's the Wicked Link
Here's Shoshana Bean and Megan Hilty good show, but the camera dude sucks sometimes.

I will say something sometimes, and then everyone turns to me and say something like "did you forget what your were saying half way through and then just wing it?"

That's totally me. I change my mind mid sentence about what I want to say or how I want to say. Heck, sometimes I decided mid sentence that I just don't want to finish it. That and I just plain old forget. I feel like I'm turning into my mom sometimes. She starts a sentence, pauses, and then picks back up where she left off ten minutes later!

I was in the car with my uncle the other day and he just looks at me and says
"are you going to answer me?"
I said "you didn't say anything"
He was insistent he did....so we sat there for a few more seconds so I sarcastically asked him
"are you talking right now?"

I definitely have conversations like that.

I think DH has a silent voice that I'm just not aware of. He'll swear he asked me something and I just downright had no idea. Sorry, babe! I just get very into what I'm doing, that's me excuse, and I just don't notice much else.

Ha I totally get that. My fiance talks so quietly I am always asking him to repeat himself, but when he talks in his sleep it is super loud. :

Actually, you know what I think it is? I think he says it in German and doesn't realize it. DH is from Germany, and is teaching the girls his native tongue so he speaks it around the house a lot. I don't have much of a grasp on it, so that could be it too,

Might be. But wow, my eyes feel about as heavy as anvils right now. I think it's time me to hit the sack. And it's only 9:15, what has happened to me!
