when asked when you are going to get fixed or in proper terms--a tubal ligation --or when is DH getting a vasectomy?

Why do people think they have any say in my fertility???? it still boggles me.

I am always positive and friendly and respond that children are such a blessing and I'd love to be blessed again. Basically this world isn't very "child friendly" and so many people have an anti-child attitude. It's so sad.

Well most people aren't harsh with me. But one time a lady said "OH THERE'S 2!! (i had the double stroller and she didn't see my little one in the back) YOU DAM*** Fool!!" I said, "No WAY!" She was old and senile..but ugh..that caught me off guard!
I usually agree my hands are full..but also add (sometimes) that it's better than having empty arms.
Also..one revelation i've had lately is LOVE DOESN'T DIVIDE!! IT MULTIPLIES.. oh what a wonderful wonderful revelation! Don't know why it took me so long to get that! When you have another child...the love never grows cold.. there's just more love to go around!!

I had this same thing come up last week! An old woman asked if my youngest was my first. I said "no he's my 4th" she then said" YOU BETTER STOP!" I then teplied"

Sorry- I then replied" how can I stop when they are this cute?" SHame on people that think they have a say so... SHe then told me how her mother had 13 kids! I guess she didn't think of the possibility of her parents quitting either! I cannot wait to ttc # 5! I love all of my children! How do you all put the little sayings on the bottom of the line??
