Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
 Hi Ladies!
Robin, OMG I hope you are all okay, and didn't suffer any major damages from all of the hurricanes. I couldn't imagine how scary the last month has been for you. How are all of the kids doing?
Fiona, I can't believe you are already almost 22 wks. It seems to be going by so fast. Are the kids getting excited for the new baby?
As for us, we are doing well. Baby is doing fine as far as I know. I have a dr. appt. tomorrow, and I am hoping that we hear a h/b. I am still taking prometrium, but I may be stopping that soon. I have lots of sxs, thank goodness the nausea is starting to go away, but I am growing out of my clothes rather quickly.
The girls are both in full time school. It is strange not to have any little ones at home at all. Ophelia loves school, and Jewell is finding the transition from 1/2 day to full day a bit hard. I am confident that she will do well in a couple of weeks though.

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
It would be so stange to have no kids at home I have 3 home this year and one starting school next year, but within a matter of days of her starting school the new baby will be due, so back to having 3 at home again (we are in Australia different school year start time ), glad to hear you M/S is subsiding for you Missy, know what you mean about rapidly growing out of clothes I am finding it hard to find clothes that fit now (except maternity)but i only really started showing (RAPIDLY) 6 weeks ago so im not complaining to much. We are getting really excited about the new baby now that i'm showing and the kids cant wait to see there new baby brother.

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
Missy-please let us know how your doctors appt goes! I'm glad you are starting to feel better! That is nice that the girls are settling into school well. I have 2 at home this year. The school days are shorter here in Florida, they get home at 2:30, so the days go fast.
Fiona-I can't believe you are just now showing! Lucky you Everyone will have so much fun w/ the new baby.

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
I'll let you know how it goes. Here is my most recent u/s pic.
I just had it done today, I'll explain why tomorrow, when I post about my appt.
Fiona, I started showing sooo early. I am only 11Wks, and I feel so big. I am blaming it on the prometrium that I have been taking.

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
arent U/S's amazing, how clear they are and the things they can pick up!!
Tanya I dont think it would have worried me to much to have all girls either when I had the 5 girls only it never bothered me I was just happy to have healthy kids, then when Deklin came along we were all stoked (especially DH) and when we decided to try for no.7 we thourt it'd be fun to try and influence the gender with timing and supplements and my diet and obviously worked even though we would have been just as happy with either.
Missy hope alls well with your PG!!
Robin where are you at the moment with TTC?

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
Thanks sunshine, Iam really stuck on names if this one is a girl, I like Isabella but dh doesnt like it. So I was thinking about Chauntay he liked it to begin with and then the next day he changed his mind Hate it when he does that to me.
Fiona I know what you mean about having all girls, I went to k-mart before and the chasher said you have all girls, Did you want a boy then I just said I love it and she was supprised and then I said I wouldnt mind having another girl, That shocked her even more

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
I was shocked when my #6 was a boy, I had 4 girls in a row, I just thought #1 (a boy, also) was a fluke. I love having girls, also. Boys are different but fun, too. I am not charting or anything like that, Fiona. I am just waiting for my body to decide it's time. It'll probably be sometime after he turns 1, that is when it usually happens for me. I would like a November baby, don't have one of those yet, (my bd is in Nov), we'll see, time will tell.
I hope you & dh can decide on names, Tanya. That is very hard. My dh and I always have a hard time agreeing also. I have some boys names picked out, Andrew, Samuel, Josiah, if I would get pg w/ a boy. If I had another girl that would be a toughie. I like Holly for a girl, don't know what else right now.

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
Deciding on names is the hard part for us too. My Dh likes different names. So far we are having trouble agreeing on any names.
I like having all girls too. For some reason, I think that this one is gonna be a girl. I don't mind at all. I know that the h/r thing is an old wives tale but so far for this baby, it has been in the upper 150's and lower 160's, which is the same as Ophelia's was. LOL.
My appt. went fine. We got to hear the h/b with the doppler, and things seem just fine. The only problem that we have so far, is that I am still spotting, mostly brownish goo (sorry for TMI.) The Doc. wants to see me back in 2 wks rather than a month. I don't mind at all.
Oh yeah, the reason for the extra u/s was because my brown spotting turned heavier and more red. It scared me lots. Since I have a history of losses, they wanted it checked out right away. It is back to brown and much slower now.

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
Thanks so much for the update, Missy! I am so relieved to hear that the spotting has slowed down and the baby is doing great!! I love your girl's names, too. Very beautiful! I imagine your girls would be just thrilled to have a little sister (or brother too for that matter ). Have you had any dreams about the baby? I read that when we dream about our baby being a specific gender, that is usually the gender we have. Wierd, huh?

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
Missy: glad to hear your PG is ok
and back to the gender topic, I dont think any of us really would mind what gender the baby was given a choice between its health and a particular gender, I know alot of people would always ask when i only had girls if i was trying for a boy and think that i must be disapointed with all girls or something which is just crazy. Strangely enough my 7y/o Maddison (3rd child) has told me before each U/S what gender each of her siblings were going to be and been right every time, and now that shes gotten all 4 right i'm beggining to think it may be more than a fluke LOL!!!

Re: Heloooooo! Anybody out there?
Thats amazong fiona, Missy Iam so glad everything went well for you, I had the brown spotting too at 8 weeks through too 12, It was very dark brown and with tiny clots but when I went for my scan, They couldnt find any reason for it. Its the first time in all my 9 pg that I had spotting. Then as I went on different boards I found it to be very common, So hopefully thats your case too.
