Default Family planning

I was wondering if anyone uses the family planning method for birth control. If so are there any books you recommend? I've decided to have my IUD removed and I'm not planning on going on birth control.

You probably could find something online. They do have fertility charts so you can track your cycle.

I'm going to be charting now that I've had my lil boy. (using fertility friend) I cannot use BC ( I have a prothrombin gene disorder) So I too will need natural family planning.
I will see if I find anything on the net...
