How do you get the elders to help with the younger children without having to yell. It is making our house miserable!!! I just can't understand why my children would not want to be more helpful

I don't know that there is any simple answer for that one!!! I really try to get my older kids involved with the younger ones every day, it's not always easy. I always give mine the lecture about keeping our family running smoothly and everyone doing their part
