Well, I think it all depends on whether or not you are in a position to provide for the baby once he/she gets there. Basic necessities, food shelter etc. I dont think its important that baby should wear nike shoes, or Tommy Hilfigger for toddlers,

We have three.Money is tight. We rent our home. AND we have to spend the next five months saving up for a TR.(500/month) IT is majorly cutting into our finances. BUT, I know if we can save up for the TR, then surely we will be able to afford wee one when she/he gets here. When I was a single mom with my other three for so many years, I always found a way, and the children never went without food, shelter or Love. As long as all that can be provided, i think that is the most important.
