i get O-pains every month, pretty bad actually, and i was curious if they come before, during, or after your fertile period. i do use opk's, but in case i missed a surge, would this be any indication of anything, or is the egg released, and it's too late after the pains? i bd the day before i got the pains this cycle, and i believe dh is flat worn out. just curious. thanks, shelly

Not sure about others, but I have a uterine and O "ache" a few days leading up to O. Then it subsides and I usually O a day or 2 later. I think I have somethimes missed my window of opportunity thinking it was too late because the ache was gone. Last cy I definately could tell the 2nd I o'd.
