Icon5 Provera?

Alright... I have to face the cold hard facts. as heart wrenching as they may be, I am NOT pregnant. So, my dr. gave me "provera" to start taking a/s/a/p. But, I would like to know what I am getting into. How bad is this going to be? When can I expect a normal cycle... and can I start charting and ttc this month? I really dont want to wait long. I would like to concieve by August (YEAH RIGHT!) So.... i guess I can use any advice you girls have to offer.

There is a great website it is webmd.com I use it all the time and we told our patients t use it to look up more information. also you can type in provera in the goggle search or whatever search engine you use and you can find alot about it to educate your self. what exactly are you wanting to know?

I am not really sure what I want to know ... I guess I just want someone to tell me everything is going to be okay (man TTC brings out the big baby in me) Lol I feel so uneasy about this... I wish that my dr. could have said... this is why you are not having your period... this is what I am going to do about it. I really wish I Would have asked for an ultrasound now. Too late. I just hope everything is going to turn out ok. and I can convince DH to try try again. I guess that is probably why I was holding onto this pregnancy... thinking it is my only chance. ='( Which sadly enough I am probably right.... this "scare" made him realize just how much he does not want another baby (Bawling and feeling majorly sorry for myself at this moment!!) I guess I just need some major friend support to get over this hurdle!! I am even to the point where I am actually kinda scared to talk to him about it! I know this is not good... but we've been getting along so well... I hate to jinx it you know? Anyway... thank you for listening to me blubber on.

It is totally unerstandable that your upset andhurting. that's what we are hear for the listen and be a frind and someone to tell to keep your head up and in the end everything is going to turn ok. It can be scary to not know why something is or isn't happening. this is your dr way of telling your this is going to bring af on. maybe he just doesn't have the best bedside manners.
