Default Newbie Question

Hello! I am new to the boards and new to the idea of TTC #4. It is something I have been thinking about off and on since my third turned 2. She is now 5, and I feel a sense of being rushed into this decision. I am not getting any younger, and my existing kids are just getting older too. I have a question for anyone with kids having 5+ years between them. Is it hard? Is it hard to go back to the baby thing after so long? Is it hard on the family, since they are already so used to their own routines -- most of which are very busy. I just can't seem to make up my mind.

Thanks!

Elle

I just wanted to say Hi, I have 3 boys. My youngest is 4 and a half and after some work on hubby we are going to try for number 4! I am glad to meet you

My oldest (almost 10) and youngest are very close and do really well with each other, they are all very close I have heard both, though. I think it depends on the family and personalities you are dealing with.

Anyhow, Good luck with your decision.

My youngest dd is 3. I am thinking by the time the baby is here there will be 4 years between them. I think if you want a baby then you should go for it.

There is nearly 5.5 years between my two daughters. I am finding the age gap WONDERFUL!!! My baby girl is just over 10 months, but you can already tell that she is gonna be spoiled ROTTEN!!! I also have a son, who is 8 years old. I am currently playing with the idea of a fourth child. I would love another baby boy but worry about the age difference between the two boys and where they would all sleep..LOL. Jaime, the baby sleeps in our room in her crib. I am hoping to put both girls together someday with bunk beds or something. Anyway, good luck with your decison--may you see that BFP soon!!!
