New here... trying for #4
Well, I was part of the Due in April board but ended up with a chemical pregnancy. It was a shock we were even pregnant but it really soften me to want another. I have 3 little boys, Drew, who is 4 years old and in preschool, and twin 2 year olds, Sam and Ethan. We had always talked about having 2 or 3 kids and when the twins doubled up on us I was sad to not experience another pregnancy. Anyway, I sort of thought, do I, don't I? And really have just been praying for some guidance on what to do. My 4 year old started telling me he wants a sister. I told him frankly, we don't get to choose what kind of baby we get, that is God's choice, and if he thinks we should have all little boys, then that is what we will have. (Not that I wouldn't love a daughter!) Anyway, we weren't very careful this month and had two 'fun' nights. The 22nd and the 26th... well on the 28th, I started having really sharp pains in my right side and then on the 30th I had a streak of blood while using the bathroom once. (Sorry for TMI) So, I don't know if our fun nights will give us a baby or not, but we are praying. We are not actively trying but not preventing. Hopefully we can continue to just have fun. I love having new babies in the house. I really don't hope for twins again because it was A LOT of work, well worth it, but once around is fine for me!! :-)
Hopefully I will get to know some of you and we can all share our pregnancies together.
