Hi my name is Yvette, I am 40 yrs old, ttc number 4. I have 3 teenagers. Last yr I mc at 6 wks a blighted ovum, this may I mc at 11 wks, a girl she had downs syndrome. I realize my age is an issue and I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome which also makes it hard, but with Gods help I will have my 4th and last baby. Hope to get comfort, advice and friendship here as well as give it.

hello Yvette and welcome! i'm so sorry for your losses. i to have had losses i have had four. my last was in april 06 at almost 12 weeks.I to have had a blighted ovum. i also have pcos. i hope that your ttc journey is short one and that god will grant you this precious little mircle child that you want! keep your faith ad knowthat is his time he will do what is right for yuand your family. we are to listen, support, and offer advice. plese feel free to start posting an dask any questin you may have. Hi Yvette! Welcome to the group! I hope your stay is a short one. I know that statistically it's harder at your age, but just look at all the celebrities doing it now! many of them are a lot older than you. Don't give up! I hope you get your last wonderful baby soon.

My name is Beth. I will be 38 in February and would like to ttc again soon with baby #6. I miscarried my fifth baby two weeks ago today at 16 weeks 4 days. Everything seemed to be going well, I don't know what happened. I just went in for a routine appointment, and the heartbeat could not be detected by doppler or u/s. It was my first miscarriage. I am devastated.

It's good to see other ladies around my age not giving up. Just want you to know that you have encouraged me. Thanks.
