Hi... I'm ttc baby #2. I got a period on 09/06 but it hasn't returned, and at that time it was light and only lasted four days. I'm still BF baby #1 (she's 9 mos) - it was 4x per day, but now I've weaned her to 2-3x per day plus supplementing. I'm 5'8", 116 pounds, taking vitex, dong quai, black cohosh, a vitamin, calcium and iron, not working out too hard and getting a lot of protein and fiber. I just ordered natural progesterone cream. Does anyone have experience with it? Does anyone have advice?

I take prog suppositories, prescribed. I have no experience with the cream, sorry.
So are you wanting to use it to help your af return?? I hadn't heard of that. Just wondered though, if it's ok to use while BF'ing??

My periods didn't get back to normal until I'd weaned my son completely, after a year old.
