Icon11 Here we go again...

Hello my name is Kim DH and I have been TTC since February 2006. I been MIA from the boards here for the past 4 months. It got exhausting. My hubby was diagnosed with brian cancer in Jan 2005. He went through treatments and is now cancer free! Although the treatments may have taken its toll on his sperm count. We are praying for a miracle baby. I want this SO bad. Im so tired of being depressed about it. I recently went back to school and started Weight Watchers. Its helped me not to loose my mind. The last 4 months ive just been like "whatever" But deep down I still wonder is this my month?

Hannahsmama- I will be joining WW today or tomorrow, how is going for you. Any advise? Hang in there I know it is hard, but his count will go back up. In the mean time I say a prayer for you.

Oh Kim,
It's SOOOO good to see you back!! Way to go on your Weight Watchers progress!! I've heard of lots of people who have shed some pounds and then immediately get pg--let's hope you're one of those whose body is primed for pregnancy! I will keep you in my prayers and continually check in on you!

I thought I'd have 2 children--or 3--or 4...in any case, I thought I'd have more. But the plans that I had didn't match His plans for me. It's all for the best, as I'm starting to see. My one precious child that I hold in my arms, keeps me smiling and laughing with all of her charms. She's smart, and she's sweet, she's my loving "nuggie bug," and whenever I need her, she's there with a hug. So here I am, raising one perfect little girl. To me and her daddy, she means all of the world. I guess I actually did get my way, because I've got 3 other children I'll meet in Heaven one day. So until then, I'll cherish the one here on earth, and know that I'm being watched over by those to whom I never gave birth.

Hi LAdies, My name is Kim also, and I am very new here. I have a question that I hope someone can answer. I did 2 cycles of Clomid at 100mg with all BFN, and now the OB wants to up to 150 mg.

Adriane Isaac , you mentioned Clomid with a trigger, what does that mean?
'
The first 2 cyles I thought I had positive ovulation tests, but didnt get pregnant.
How high will they go on the clomid before they tell you to try something else?

Thanks for all your help

I know. Makes me nutty! My little sister is the same way, she is 7 years younger than me and already has two kids, both conceived "accidentally." The second one was, allegedly, conceived despite her being on BC. WHATEVER. I cringe just thinking about it.
Back to the topic, though...
I think it's such a miraculous story that you have! I'll send up extra prayers for generous helpings of baby dust to sprinkle down on y'all. After what all you've endured together, it will be even more special to hold your baby together.
And ditto the comment about women getting pg after losing weight. I'm not sure WHY that is, but I have known multiple women who have had that same experience. dust
