My best friend is TTC #3 with clomid number 2 was a terrible loss. She took 100mg of clomid on day 5-9, she had a LH surge on day 17. She BD'd on days 16, 17, 18, 19. She runs on a 30 to 31 day cycle. She feels pregnant, but she has had the same symptoms with PMS. Yesterday evening she tested with a FRER. She had to tilt the test into the light and saw a very very very light pink second line, almost not there. This morning she took an internet cheap test and got the same result which darkened some after 9 minutes or so (she sent me digital pics and I could not see a line on it, I just dont trust those because I have gotten evaporation lines with them when I was TTC) because Af is due today (there is no sign of her showing up :-) I would think that she would have gotten a definitive BFP. Is it still a possibility or should we consider this month a no go? She is going to test again WED with another FRER. The waiting game is killing us! What do you ladies think?

Hi Diana, I will let you know I didn't get a BFP with DD until I was 3 days late. I never consider a month a goner until AF shows. However, when you are TTC your mind plays tricks on you with the HPTs. Last month I saw +s when I tilted as well, but ended up getting AF. Tell her to hold out a few more days and only time will tell. I know...better said than done, but that really is the only way she is going to know.

OH...and $tree are pretty accurate, but there is sometimes an evap line after 5-10 mins.

Thank you so much for responding. She decided that she is going to go ahead and wait until Wed and if no AF test again. I know that I am going to be saying A LOT of prayers between now and then. Good luck to you as well.
