Hi I am Tara, I am posting for a little advice. I want to know what did you consider before ttc #2? My son Ethan is 14 months and still breastfeeding. We are considering ttc#2 because we love being parents, and we want our children to be close in age. My concern is that Ethan is too young right now to have a sibling. We are thinking of waiting until hes 2 and then trying for baby #2. Can anyone share there personal experience of trying for #2 a yr or less after the first baby was born, and also others expereince waiting until the first babe is 2 or 3?

I am really excited to have this next baby. My dd is old enough to somewhat understand what is going on and I can just tell she is going to be an excellent helper and a little mommy herself. I often wonder what it would have been like if we had tried for #2 sooner and there are times where I think it would have been extremely difficult, but then it would have been excellent for dd to have a buddy to play with every day. I'm sure whatever you decide will be the right decision for your family
