I decided to bust out the big guns.....I'll start temping/charting this next cycle, dug out my ovuscope, I'll observe CM and CP (though I've been doing this), bought Evening Primrose Oil though I'm scared to take it, bought green tea...still need to get grapefruit juice, and I bough an OPK. Whew. I was hoping I'd just get pg w/o having to do anything, but it doesn't seem to be happening. I also bought PreSeed last month. While I didn't get pg, it made BDing TONS better. I hate the scheduled sex and this REALLY helped!! I still have 3 packs left. So, is anyone trying anything new this cycle that they have yet to try? Green tea? OPK's?

Hi the only thing that I am doing is cutting back on coke sodas I ahve already reduced my coffee intake to 1 cup every other day. Started my folic acid as well as my multivitamin havent tried the prenatals as yet?
I am not good with the charting and ovulation kits and I am going to BD asd much as I can without missing a beat not putting it on a schedule besides our lives are to busy to put it on a schedule.

I am waiting on AF now. We tried this month, but I don't think it was our month. I have made plans for next cycle. I am looking into herbs and vitamins now, but am having a hard time coming up with an idea of what to take and how much. There is so much stuff. I will also be concentrating on charting more. I have been kind of wishy washy with it for the last 2 months and have been relying on my Fertility Monitor. I want to have the chart to fit it all together. I am hoping this will help.

I use OPK's and check cp/cm. I did try Maca Root the cycle before last as I thought/heard maybe it would shorten my cy but it didn't. I should probably cut back on soda as well, but it's soooo hard to get through work without my Diet Pepsi!

Sounds like everyone's got some good 'game plans' this go around
