Default what do you use?

I've bought a few brands to see what DD likes best ... price is a very small part of my choice (thank goodness for coupons!) but I think I am liking the Good Start with cultures best. DD seems to not be so fussy after a few days of that on a steady basis, compared to reg milk based formula w/o cultures. I've noticed switching to a reg formula, she really got fussy and had more spit up and what's probably reflux going on. We keep good feeding habits like sitting her up while feeding and afterwards, frequent burping and feeding her a little at a time, which makes a good difference.

:gah it is so rare to find coupons or sales on formulas! I receive the Good Start and Similac newsletters by mail and coupons are included. You can sign up online for both I dont use Enfamil but I bet you can sign up for them online too if thats what you use. Also, the bulk stores like BJs or Costco has great prices if you have a card or know a friend who does that can take you. You might also go in and see if you can get a day pass to try the store out.

cool, I will defenetely sign up for newsletters! I signed up for an offer for enfamil, i think from a link on babiesonline.com & they sent me two cans in the mail!! I tried signing up again with my boyfriends name but I doubt they will send any more coming from the same address lol.
A friend of mine uses the costco brand formula as its cheaper, but Im not sure yet if I would feel comfortable using generic brand, though Im sure its ok. Well, I got nearly 3 months til baby gets here to get it all that together Thanks for your input Jamie

You're welcome Shel Pick a brand you like and compare it to generics. I think most of the ones I have seen copy Enfamil, and I wasn't crazy about that one but I've used it anyway because of finding a good price here and there Good luck finding one both you and baby like! But I think it's pretty rare when a baby doesnt like the formula you choose, kwim? It's so nice getting freebies too! You'll probably end up getting at least one coupon to take to L&D with you to get a free diaper bag with formula and goodies in it too I had a similac and Good Start and it turned out my L&D had the GS bag to send home with me.

I love preggie freebies!
