bottle & nipples
Do you have a favorite bottle you like to use for feedings? I use both the Playtex drop-in system and the Ventaire, and between the two I prefer the drop-ins. Drops ins are nice because there's hardly anything to wash! The Ventaires are nice but, there's 5 pieces to each! LOL The liners are totally inexpensive too so thats not even an issue.
Right now we're using stage 2 nipples ... where would we go from here? The X sliced ones when cereal is introduced? I think I have some time but, wither her turning 3 months next week, I'm planning ahead

Re: bottle & nipples
Ok ladies, where IS everyone???
Baby girl is closing in on 4 months now, and seems to only feed well using the slender nipple on the Ventaire. It's been ok ... I mix rice cereal with the formula for about 75% of her feedings, and it flows thru fine.
What other nipples/bottles work well with cereal/formula mixes??

Re: bottle & nipples
I like the vent-aires (wide) but because of all this BPA talk, I have switched to the nuby bottles.

Re: bottle & nipples
Gerber Gentle Flow BPA-free bottles
We found them on accident @ Walgreens, for $2.99. An aquantance of ours gave us some Avent stuff that we didn't know what to do with because of the BPA stuff we weren't going to us the bottles, but the nipples, rings, & training handles are able to be used on the Gentle Flows

Re: bottle & nipples
Playtex drop in liners are bpa free. Emily makes a HUGE mess out of the Avent nipples and the only time she's spit up is from those bottles. She does best with the new Nuk bottles and orthodontic nipples.
