an update on us......
I apologize about not being here for a while, but with eveyrthing going on I just didn't get on here for anything. I don't remember what I last told you, so I guess I'll just start with the latest developments. I went back to work and before I was there long, Dan got fired illegally from his job. We were denied umemployment because they said they had just reason for their actions. He missed some work due to my situation with the brain tumor and his boss had told him not to worry about it. We found out that they couldn't have held those absences against him according to the FMLA. So, we're contesting the decisioin for unemplooyment and looking at what grounds we have for suing the pants of the people responsible. We're going to have to find another place to live though because we won't be able to afford $520 a momth anymore. I figure if we find a cheaper place to live that we'll be able to put money aside for a house.
As far as trying to conceive, we've decided to still go ahead with it. I know we'll get through this and be the better for it. I did get af this month though and was deeply disappointed. But, we look at it as we get to practice more and have more time to get things settled. We're still really praying for a little girl. I saw some of the cutest baby things at the mall recently......it made my heart hurt a bit. I pray that we will be blessed with a child and that it's sooner rather than later.
