Hey Ladies - we made it back from our South Dakota Weekend! I'm hoping it was "productive" - but at least it was relaxing & FUN!

I will just give a rundown of the weekend! We left on Friday am & go LOST along the way!

When we got there we sent up our site & all that stuff (yes -we ACTUALLY tented it - at least we had an airmattress) took a "nap" hee hee - thank GOD for that air-mattress! When we got up from our "nap" we decided to explore a little so we took the Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway:

It was sooo beautiful - they have a spot called Bridal Veil falls - B-E-A-utiful! I could just stay in that spot 4-ever! We just took our time & looked around at EVERYTHING!

Had a bonfire on Friday night & met our neighbors they were really nice!



Saturday we slept in, then went swimming @ the pool - then went on the Spearfish Canyon thing again & over to Deadwood - I gambled $6 - of course I lost - but at least I gambled - I think Justyn did like 80 cents we aren't big gamblers! Then we came back to Spearfish & tried a different bar & had a drink! aw ver - I know - but I HAD to have a coors - it was frikk'n HOT!

Sunday we drove through Custer State park -they had oneway Tunnels through the mountain rock - we ran into a Mountain Goat along the way *not RAN into - but drove by** and even had a As* stick its head in our car - I will try to post the "video' later - its funny!


We hit a winery & did some wine tasting - ending up spending WAY too much money - but had a blast doing it
Then in the evening we went to Keystone & watched the fireworks @ mount rushmore! It was PRETTY! But we scooted out early so we wouldn't have to fight the crowds -

Monday we got up packed & headed home!

Overall it was a WONDERFUL weekend - we were both able to relax & let the stress of his brothers divorce go a bit - we were even able to get some "stuff" done - if ya know what I'm saying we thouroughly enjoyed the weekend!

I am officially in my 2ww now - we'll see what comes - I've started to realized that each time is just one step closer to us being pg! I can't wait for that day!

This week at work - I was in the "conference" room & Tania was "walking" our patient out & she leaned over the counter & looked in to where I was & asked Tania if I was expecting (non of my co-workers even know we are trying) and tania said "NO" and Jennifer told her that I just have that look in my face - there just somthing there - & she is usually right about these things - Tania just told her I had alot of sun over the weekend - but she would keep her informed -
Of course then Tania had to ask me if I was pg & i told her i didn't think so - (didn't want to lie) and told her if I knew I would tell her -

So now that is the big joke @ work - I had a CRAZY dream on Monday night & they all were like "Ohhh - your pregnant' I just had to laugh - I WISH! is what I wanted to say -

Anywhoo - not too much for signs here -all could be pre- signs - sore bbs, aching back, TIRED (went to bed @ 9:30 last night & STILL couldn't get up this am) yawning ALL day @ work, oh & cranky - all signs of af - but we'll see -I am trying to be patient

We are going to MN this weekend to visit dh's little bro & his finace' so that should get me through until next week & HOPEFULLY testing - although I have a feeling it didnt' happen!

Kikki--your trip sounds absolutely wonderful! The way you describe it makes me want to get out of town and relax ourselves. I'm so glad you had fun and were able to relax. You deserved it! I'm anxious to see how your 2ww plays out so please keep us posted.

That sounds like so much fun! I want to get away! The pics you posted are great!

We are going white water rafting next weekend, and then I head off to New Orleans with my mom the following week. Those to should be fun.

However, not much time for bd'ing since we are taking the youth group rafting, oh well, I will have O'ed by then and on a 2ww anyway so that is the positive side of it.
I have 2 weeks lieft of summer vacation before school starts again, so I am hoping to make the most of them. I really want to go back pg! We will see if I get my wish.

I should start spottin on Sunday through Tuesday & on Tuesday night AF should be here FULL FLEDGED - so I will just wait it out & if no AF by Wednesday after work - I will test Thursday am yeeeeeeeeee
