Default TTC diet and exercise

Okay girls! Let's be in the best shape possible to deliver those babies!

I want to know what kind of TTC diets you are on and an exercise program.

It's so important to be fit before and after the baby, let's do it together!

Okay, me first.

I am drinking green tea, grapefruit juice (between AF and O). Eating baby carrots (maybe 10 a day) and trying to exercise every day. Tonight after work I got on the treadmill for 2.5 miles at an incline of 4 (which is not hard but not easy). So, starting Sunday I have worked out every day.
I really need some motivation here.

Tell me what you girls are doing!!

Let's have healthy babies!!

I am actually a vegetarian, and I do not eat anything fried and totally cut down on sweets/refined sugars.

As for exercise I am doing Yoga and Pilates. I also meditate to help with my everyday stresses.

Good luck and Healthy us, pregnancies and babies (when our time comes!!)

I am pretty good about eating a balanced diet and try to avoid junk food. (Although lately, I've been cheating a little!) I also drink green tea, decaf of course (I like the tea, just wish I could have caffeine!) and take vitamins.

Well, as far as an excercise program, I've been slacking. Normally, I walk on the treadmill every day, and do aerobics or pilates. I was doing so well until I went to visit my Grandma in Oklahoma. I came home and have NO motivation, don't know what happened. I've been trying to get back into it. I walked on the treadmill the other day. Maybe we CAN motivate each other. I think I will walk on the treadmill today!

Lots of MOTIVATION vibes to everyone!
