I am pretty good about eating a balanced diet and try to avoid junk food. (Although lately, I've been cheating a little!) I also drink green tea, decaf of course

(I like the tea, just wish I could have caffeine!) and take vitamins.
Well, as far as an excercise program, I've been slacking. Normally, I walk on the treadmill every day, and do aerobics or pilates. I was doing so well until I went to visit my Grandma in Oklahoma. I came home and have NO motivation, don't know what happened. I've been trying to get back into it. I walked on the treadmill the other day. Maybe we CAN motivate each other. I think I will walk on the treadmill today!
