i bought a saliva OPK and i was wondering in the directions it doesn't say if you just spit or how you get the saliva on it does anyone else have one if you do how do you do it thank you for the help if you can give it..
I bought one of those saliva microscopes & maybe mine just sucks but even when I know I O'd I couldn't see a dang thing on there.
The trick is supposed to get the spit on there with the least bubbles as possible--I've heard that sticking the microscope into the saliva under your tongue will minimize this.
I know that this works really well for a lot of people, but I bought mine at Target and I just couldn't get any useful info from it.
Manda- I am with Nickie here- I really could not see a difference... I always got some spit on my fingers and then dabbed it on but it was tricky.... Good luck!
Manda--I too agree with the others. I also bought mine at Target, could not see a thing on it. I usually just put some saliva on my finger and then on the scope. Hope it works better for you than me!
