Hello Ladies!

I thought I would introduce myself. I have been ttc#1 for over a year now. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome with insulin resistance. I see an RE, who has performed many tests, and I am hopeful that my next IUI will be in July or August.

I am single (never, ever married), and I am hoping to conceive my first child before it is too late. I am using donor sperm through my fertility clinic. I have seen posts from other women on SheKnows who are in this same situation, but I'm not sure if there are any women here who are?

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello.

Hello ! These ladies are great so I'm sure you'll love it here. I don't know much about PCOS but I know there are a few gals here dealing with it.

I don't usually post here (actaully I usually just lurk everywhere) but I wanted to welcome you and tell you that you are not the only single woman on these boards...I feel liek I am, thats one of the reasons I don't post often...I am also not officially TTC yet, just preparing..

So welcome and maybe you can teach me a little about IUI (don't kow if I am going that route yet, but it would be good to know more about it)
