Hi All! I spend more time on the TTC Over 35 board but thought to take a breeze through this thread today. I've read of the benefits of the Red Raspberry leaf tea - like the baby aspirin, it's told to help create a good environment in the uterus. And I can speak for the grapefruit juice! Only DH and I like to occasionally lace it with a wee bit of Grey Goose - that's how I got PG last year, unfortunately, I miscarried but I'll attest to the power of grapefruit juice! Tropicana makes an awesome Ruby Red juice.
On the contrary, I've also read, I think the book was
Eat Right 4 Your Baby (great book) and the author states that pineapple juice has a tendancy to cause contractions and cramping - something that you definitely would not want to have happen in the event you are PG and didn't know it. I've heard the old wise tale myself but I think I'd agree with the doctor on this one.
Well, keep smiling and keep trying for those BFPs!
