Ugh, dh and I are 1st month TTC and this is my 1st full month off of Othro-Evra patch. So, I don't know my cycle well enough to know what is normal and what is not. BUT...I DO know that it is NOT normal for me to have sharp pains in my right abdomen. I timed them and they've lasted 2 minutes at the longest--one time with a 30 second feeling of nausea. It's like I'm running and have gotten a side ache! Anyone else have this---or had this and got a BFP!? Also, today, my cervix is VERY low and a pile of mush. YESTERDAY, it was semi-hard--not even close to soft. I forgot to temp today, but these two things alone have me dying to TEST!! Anyone had a BFP after these weird side aches?? or a mushy cerix??

The pain you're experiencing and the fact that your cervix is soft indicates that you recently ovulated or are currently ovulating. I have no way of knowing what day of you're cycle you are on and you didn't mention your cervical mucus. Have you noticed creamy or eggwhite cirvical mucus? If so I hope you've been having sex lol. A lot of women think that your temp is the most important factor is when to have sex but the mucus is much much more important. If you're later in your cycle (ie after day 15) you may assume it's to late to be ovulating but everyone women ovulates at her own pace and some women have longer cycles and won't ovulate until much later (such as days 20 through 35). Have you tried using any ovulation predictor kits? I know you said you just came off birth control and I know that can prolong your ovulation and extend your cycle. I know you also said you're temping but are you charting (I suggest fertilityfriend.com) ? Like I said if you chart your cervical mucus and position you'll get a better idea of when you ovulate and when to have sex. If you really think you could be pregnant then you should test but I would be very surprised if you got a BFP this being your first month off birth control.
