I am BRAND NEW to this site, to any type of messaging like this. So, if anyone would like to take me under their wing to show me the ropes and protocol, I would be most appreciative! I'm not even sure what all of the abbreviations mean!

This is the first time (and month!) my husband and I are TTC. I am not due to start until Tuesday and the waiting is barely bearable! Just wondering if there are others out there who are waiting to test...

Also, from many sites I've been told I could test as early as today. Any feedback on the accurateness of the early early tests?

If you had HCG injection, I was told by the nurse at my RE's office to wait until 14 days passed the injection day.

I'm in 2ww (2 weeks waiting) period. My Pregnancy b/w (blood work) is due on Monday.

Congratulations on your decision to have a baby! The girls on this board are great and are a wealth of information. I have found a lot of comfort here.

I have seen SO many people use the early tests and get a negative only to test a couple days later to get a positive. I would not recommend using them, but I can't blame you if you do because I spend a fortune on the darn things every month.

If you are tracking your ovulation I would not recommend trying an early test until 12 dpo (days past ovulation). If you are not tracking your cycle you might want to try it at www.fertilityfriend.com.

Hopefully your stay here will be a short one!

Oh and I forgot to mention for me AF (aunt flo) is due on Sunday or Monday and I am likely going to test tomorrow if my temps stay up. You might want to check out the 2ww section of these boards as well. We are all obsessing there!
