Re: the basics of getting pregnant??
Another vote for reading Taking Charge Of Your Fertility and charting. Those really is the most important two things you can do. Other than that the key is to be healthy. Do you drink, smoke, drink a lot of caffiene, eat a lot of junk food, skip your vitamins, skimp on water etc? Nows the time to get in the habit of living healthy as if you already are pregnant. If you find that you have trouble getting preggers there are other things you can do (natural remedies before moving on to drugs) but theres no need to worry about that until you know you have a problem. Something you should definately be doing now is taking a multivitamin and extra folic acid. I take a prenatal vitamin (a lot of us do) plus and extra folic acid and calcium and a baby aspirin (I have PCOS). Are your cycles regular and has your DH has a sperm analysis? Hope your TTC journey is smooth and short. Good luck and blessings, Prana
