We found our donor!! We haven't ordered yet (I need to stop by the doctor and see what we need to do) but we've chosen!!!
We ordered the long profile (20ish pages). I think we know more about the donor that we do ourselves!!
Some particulars:
Age: will be 23 this year (DH's bday is 12/9, mine is 12/15. Donor is 12/13!)
Height: 5'10" (DH is 6'3", I'm 5'9")
Weight: 170
Eye color: Hazel (DH has a green and brown eye, I have green eyes)
Hair: brown (we are both brunettes)
Completed a degree in 2009 in Finance (3.52GPA!). DH has his undergrad degree in Accounting and Finance.
Non smoker, light drinker
Currently works as a pizza delivery driver. DH was a manager for Little Caesars.
Better medical history in family than DH and I!
Loves outdoorsy hobbies.
We're VERY excited. I think this is a great fit for us. And we'll be among the first to use him as he's a "new" donor. Maybe I'll be his first BFP!
Now, just to wait another week (i'm on CD21) and hopefully we can get going.
