Default anyone can help me?

Hi all! That's something different in my cycle this month.
I'm in second cycle ttc but I remember my cycles before this.

And what it happens is that of this time I have felt many different pains .
My PMS cramps usually appear three days before the AF showing her's ugly face. But this month so far I had light cramps/backaches since CD11 (3 days before ovulation) until today 7dpo.

On the three first days I knew there were ovulation pains. But I usually don't have any cramps until tree days before ovulation.

To describe the pain: it is as if I never had abdominal exercise in my life, and suddenly one day I remembered that I had to make it and I made fifty of them. I was go to sleep and when I woke up in the following day immediately I regreted of having them done because the pain in my waist. It will be that, I explained well?

What I want to know is if someone already felt this and/or can help me to understand what it happens.
Thank you

Default Re: anyone can help me?

I have never experienced anything like that before. I have heard of it sometimes being a symptom of pregnancy, but you started experiencing it 3 days before ovulation so we can rule that out. Sometimes you can have ovulation pain (mittelschmerz), but it usually ends after ovulation as it is caused by the release of the egg from the follicle. I have experienced mittelschmerz but mine only lasted for a couple of hours. Usually it lasts for a couple of hours to a couple of days, I haven't heard of it lasting 10 days.

If you are concerned about it, I would ask your ob/gyn. I wish I could be of more help.

Good luck and I hope you get your real soon!

Sheri
