Where should it be at the different points in your cycle?

I am so naive to so many things so excuse my ignorance. I actually used to think you just had to have sex to get pregnant.

As far as I have read, cp only really matters up to and including ovulation. Anything after O doesn't seem to represent anything.

Right before or at ovulation cp should be high, soft and open.

Personally, I have a hard time differentiating on high, medium or low sometimes. So I mostly check cp near O as I can tell when it goes soft.

I'm sure for some people it is a more reliable sign, but for me, I'm not so good at interpreting it.

Asana- I use CP as one of my best tools. Nickie is right though after Ovulation all bets are off. Every woman is different but when I am ovulating it is so high I can not even really reach it. That along with CM is a huge clue that the time is right. I however also take a ovulation test just to make sure Good luck!
