Default Pumping Help!

Hi Everyone!
I am new here and wondered if someone can help me...
I am currently weaning my 14 month old son and awaiting the arrival of our newborn adopted son sometime in the next 8 weeks.
My son is down to just nursing for bedtime. I rented a hospital grade Ameda over a month ago and am up to pumping 3 times a day and freezing the milk for my newborn son.
My goal is to try and keep my milk in until he arrives and then to try to breastfeed him. If he doesn't want to breastfeed, I will at least have a stash of breastmilk and then I will keep up with the pumping.
So, if you made it this far, my question is: When I pump, the most I get is 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 ounces. Is this good? I notice that it is mostly foremilk with a little of hindmilk. How do I get it so that there is more hindmilk? My breasts never seem to feel as empty as when I was nursing my son.
After 20 minutes of pumping, I stop because nothing else is coming out. What will help to get the hindmilk out?
Thanks so much!!
