I am Sara... I posted here quite a bit while nursing my son... he is 2 now and weaned at about a year. Now, I am happily nursing my daughter born 4-18-07. Things are going great... the only true problem is finding time for both kiddos and allowing the baby to nurse whenever she wants...

I can't complain otherwise, things are SOOOO much easier the second time around!

I am Gina. I have been nursing Troy for 8 weeks tomorrow. He was born May 11. The only issue we had was with latching on when my milk came in. Sometimes it would take 5 to 10 min. to get him latched on correctly. All that is worked out now and we are going strong. I plan to bf for a year.

My name is Jana and I exclusively BF my dd Aubrey born 2-16-07. Plan to BF for a year, but already happy with how far I've made it. I also have another daughter, Cameryn who is four. When she was born, she had a bottle of sugar water in the hospital for low sugar ~ so things were messed up from the start! I tried BF, and bottle-feeding, but that didn't work and quit BF after 4 weeks. I did not have any support, esp from the nurses ~ they told me not to feed on demand, and that really messed everything up, and I feel bad about all that. That's probably what made me so determined this time!

I'm Kelly, and I have a 5 year old daughter and a 6 week old baby boy. I bf my dd until she was about 6 months, but since I was working full time it didn't quite work out the way I'd have liked... my milk dried up pretty quick after going back to work. With my son, the only time he had formula was in the NICU before my milk came in- but after that, he's been strictly bm. I will be going back to work on July 16 (boo) and will pump there. I plan on going on as long as I can with this one!
