when your babies are sick

how long are they sick for?

reason I ask is because 3 babies in my coffee group have been sick for the last 2-3 days..those 3 babies are all formula fed..one is in hospital due to be badly dehydrated... Megan was sick but was better by monday although I have kept her home today (tuesday) from music as i dont want her to pass on any bugs to to ther 50 or so children there.
